  1. How interesting! I’ve always thought science fiction writers were drawn to journalism because science fiction fans tend to be a word-loving and book-loving bunch (all those wonderful books in the genre) and of course journalism in the past was a steady paycheck and a way to work with words. Not so much anymore. Curious about the artificial intelligence writing and reporting. I’ve seen sites like this: http://ai-writer.com/ but it feels like we have a long way to go to create the same level of content a human can produce.

    1. I can see a robot writing about statistics, but much of what goes into a newspaper, I think, needs that Human Touch. OTOH, maybe the stories would be more balanced? Less inclined to bias?
