Happy news!  We have an issue of BEAM.  The issue is so big and so lavishly illustrated that even if we split it into pieces we would need two entire mailings to get it to you. Now the less happy note.  As most of you have hopefully been able to remain happily unaware, politics has taken a turn for the more heated.  Fen are disagreeing about politics. There were unpleasant events at a Hugo Awards ceremony.  People are being asked not to show up at SF conventions. Some of this, alas, crosses over into fanzines. Some of you may not like all the zines you are seeing.  I do not have a solution to this problem.
